DESCRIPTION
Dengan semakin tingginya permintaan masyarakat akan kredit konsumer (KPR/KKB/KTA dan Credit Card) sangat penting bagi bank ataupun institusi keuangan untuk dapat merespon animo masyarakat tersebut dengan mengembangkan produk sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Dan mengelola portofolio kredit konsumen tersebut sejak dari proses akuisisi sampai dengan collection, untuk mendapatkan imbal hasil (return) yang optimum bagi bank/institusi keuangan tersebut.
