Robotics Sensing, Planning and Control

Description

The industrial robotics training program introduces the basic mechanisms of industrial robots and demonstrates their applications in automating manufacturing processes. The course emphasizes mechanical constructions, kinematics, dynamics, coordinate systems of robots, sensors, path planning, controls, as well as programming of industrial robots using simulation software, Robologix. This software provides access to various industrial robots including Cartesian and SCARA designs, along with different types of end effectors.

Participants will gain practical programming skills through a combination of teach-pendant programming and 3D animations of robot arm movements.
